Refund before order completion

The company provides 100% cash back in case you prefer cancelling the order before any writer is assigned with your assignment. On the other hand, if an order is already assigned to a writer, the refund amount will depend on the assignment deadline. You can check your assignment status anytime, through our status checker. In case the period of assignment has not passed more than half of the period, you can claim 70% of the amount. However, in cases where more than half the period is passed, you will be eligible for a refund 50% of the actual amount. This deduction is because the writer would receive the compensation for the work done.

Refund for completed order

Kindly note that you will not be eligible to avail the refund for cancelling the order after the paper is completed or delivered to your order page on time. If the paper is delivered before the due date, you can only request for a refund due to quality issues, by clicking on “Refund” button on the order page.

However, if you cancel the completed order without downloading the final paper, the company might consider a refund of up to 30%.

Charged twice for one order

In case, if you are charged twice for the same order through payment processing systems, and receive the receipt twice, feel free to contact us. Forward both the bills to our email address and we will refund your extra payment in shortest time span.

Accidentally placing same order twice

In case, you place the same order twice and the amount has been debited from your account for both the orders, please contact us immediately and report the issue so that we do not proceed with the orders. Also, it is the responsibility of the registered user to cancel the orders that are not needed, before a writer is assigned to the order. On failing to do so, it will be considered as a regular order and the refund will be based on stand refund policy.

Order completed after due date

If the lateness occurs due to your delay to upload additional documents, you cannot avail any lateness refund. Kindly ensure that you upload all the necessary document and fill all the details related to the document at the time of placing your order.

If the first version of the order is delivered after the original deadline, you can request recalculation of deadline according to the time of delivery. For instance, you place an order to be delivered within 24 hours and the order is delivered an hour after 24 hours, then your order will fall under 2 days category and will be charged only according to the new category. The difference in the price of the category will be refunded to you.

If the first version of the order is delivered beyond the original deadline and you do not accept the paper (i.e. you do not download), you are eligible for a complete refund.

All the request for a refund for lateness should be submitted through a form on order page within 14 days from the time of delivering the paper.

Revision of the Order completed after due date

The normal price calculation and refund for lateness do not apply to revision of the orders as the deadlines of revisions are set separately.

Therefore, choose the correct deadline while placing a revision order. The deadline should exceed at least 30% from the deadline of the previous draft so that we get enough time to make the possible revisions in the document.

To make the process more convenient, the system will automatically calculate the next time frame for your revision order. In case the calculated time frame is less than 30% of the previous draft deadline, choose the time appropriately ensuring that there is 30% time gap.

Requesting for a partial refund. Not fully satisfied with quality. I accept it and will revise it myself.

In case, you are unsatisfied with the quality of the paper, you can request a free revision. The paper that you share will be discarded immediately after its review is completed. Neither the paper nor any part of the paper will later be stored in our database. It will never be shared with any third party. As soon as you provide enough and strong evidence, you could get up to 100% refund after discretion with Dispute Department.

On the contrary if you fail to provide any evidence needed to resolve the dispute within 14 days, the dispute will get cancelled and the refund after which will not be possible.

The company own the right to publish the paper online for commercial purpose if you choose to request a full refund due to unsatisfied quality. We do not keep any sort of essay databases. However, publishing online means that when the paper searched on search engines or is identified on plagiarism report, it will link back to our website. The content might also be published as a sample essay or an entire content. Such an action is performed to protect the work of our writers.

The customers have the option to request for a revision and additional corrections. However, in the case when “Approve Order” button is pressed, you will get an editable and printable version of the paper. In such case a full refund cannot be requested. Even if you have approve the order once, either for the initial or revised version. However, you are eligible for partial refund.

Forgot to Approve the Order after Downloading

You will have 14 days to approve the order. The approval time is calculated automatically from the moment the last version is available for download on your personal order page. In case you forget to approve the order or request a revision within 14 days, the paper is automatically approved. From the moment of approval, you can request for a refund within the 14 days. After that, there is no option for refund.
